01. Refining Appointment Booking System for a B2B Healthcare SaaS Platform
This project focused on improving an internal appointment booking system used by front office staff in a US healthcare setup. I worked as a UX designer on an existing product and redesigned key parts of the booking flow to reduce confusion and speed up daily tasks for staff aged 50 and above. I reviewed the existing screens, identified usability gaps in patient selection and scheduling, and simplified navigation to support faster decision making while working within real product constraints.
02. Taleo - Generative AI storytelling app for Parents
Taleo is a generative AI storytelling app designed to help parents create meaningful, age-appropriate stories for kids. I worked as a UX designer with a team of 5 designers over a period of three months. I conducted UX research, gathered insights through thematic analysis, designed hi-fi wireframes, built interactive prototypes, and shaped the visual system within a tight project timeline.
03. GreenQuest - Eco habit building app for GenZ
GreenQuest is an eco habit building app designed to help Gen Z users adopt sustainable habits through small, achievable actions. As a UX designer in a team of four other designers, my responsibilities included visual design, defining brand guidelines, creating hi-fi wireframes and prototypes, and shaping animations and micro-interactions using an atomic design system.
